This is a Scrumptious breakfast casserole created by local firemen to make at their firehouse! It’s “smokin” awesome!! Heehee!

Here goes….

Ingredients:

1 reg size pack of frozen tater tots

2 dozen eggs

1 lb bacon

1 tube of Bob Evans Italian sausage

2 packages of shredded cheddar cheese

3 green onions

Directions

Dice bacon and cook

Chop up and cook sausage

Dump frozen tater tots in 9×13 casserole dish

Crack and put all 2 dozen eggs on top of the frozen tater tots

Sprinkle bacon on top of eggs

Sprinkle sausage on top of bacon

Cover in foil. Bake at 350 for one hour

Uncover and cook an additional 10 minutes, or until the center is done.

Cover with cheese and bake a few minutes until the cheese melts

Cut up green onions and sprinkle over top of melted cheese.
