Camping at Heartland campgrounds in Marengo Ohio…

One of the campgrounds that we go to every year is Heartland. The sites are good size. The staff is phenomenal. The woods are clear and very relaxing to get caught up in Gods creation! Shower houses are clean.

They even have a little petting area where you can hold snakes, chinchillas and many cool little creatures!

Our kid’s favorite thing to do is to play Ga-Ga ball, as seen above. And, well, to be honest I like getting in there and playing too! Another favorite is playing in the many creeks.

They have a pool on the other side of the grounds, but it is usually only open when something big is going on, like summer camps. It would be a great improvement to have a pool right there where the campsites are and have it open daily.

So….Heartland is definitely a favorite for our family! Great time of fellowship every time we go there.
